-CTF fix flag equip and unequp should be disabled now

-Community board is fixed and should from now on show correct times of respawn window (plz test, i can help also)
-Zaken ring now drops 100%
-Respawn windows of all epics was fixed
-Nerfed Vala lil bit

Skills
-Some skill fixes like Fake Death and Ghost piercing and others
-Added more cd on some cancel/steal buff skills
-Can't remember all stuff

Other:
-Flag time from flag to flag has been increased a lil bit
