-Losing team in events now get 50 Medals base * economy
-Fixed CTF no flag taken rewarding

-Cloaks for medal conversion was removed due to possible abuse
-Buff Summon/pet finaly got fixed (AIO)
-Lower price on Vesper noble set
Other/BG:
-Mob in GB has now 5% chance to become Medal keeper (was too much of them)
-Max subclass level is now 85
